2. What this site offers

Victor Mathys offers coaching, advisory work, breathwork facilitation and curated experiences across entrepreneurship, personal alignment, wellbeing and inner work, as described on the Work page. These services are intended for general wellbeing, education and personal development. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or regulated healthcare services, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or mental health professional. Nothing offered through this site should be relied on as medical advice.

3. Health and safety

Breathwork in particular involves altered physiological and psychological states and carries contraindications. If you have any of the following, or are unsure whether a condition applies to you, consult a physician before participating and disclose the condition in advance so the practice can be adapted appropriately:

• cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
• epilepsy or a history of seizures
• glaucoma
• pregnancy
• recent surgery

This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history and for seeking your own physician’s guidance where a session, workshop or experience involves breathwork or other physically or emotionally intensive practice. Participation may be declined or adapted where a disclosed condition presents a safety concern.

4. No booking or payment on this site

This website does not process bookings or payments; it exists to introduce the work and to receive enquiries through the contact form. Where a specific engagement — a coaching arrangement, an advisory project, a private immersion or an experience — moves forward, its scope, pricing and any cancellation terms are agreed directly between you and Victor Mathys (or, for experiences via Atlas, on that platform). No cancellation or refund terms are stated here because none currently apply on this site.

The content of this website — including its text, the Journal essays, and the Victor Mathys name and marks — is the property of House of Being OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or participation in the services described on it is limited to direct damages, and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
