Hi, I’m Victor.

I am an entrepreneur, advisor, coach and explorer of human potential.

For most of my life, I have been fascinated by one question:

How do we build lives that are not only successful, but truly alive?

Entrepreneur · Advisor · Coach · Explorer

01 — The path

My path has taken me through entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality, regenerative business, wellbeing, ancient traditions, breathwork, personal development and years of exploration across cultures and continents.

I work with entrepreneurs, founders, leaders and people navigating important transitions in their lives.

Sometimes the work is highly practical: business strategy, clarity, decision-making, relationships, leadership or bringing a new vision into reality.

Sometimes we go deeper: into the body, the nervous system, emotional patterns, breath, consciousness, purpose and the parts of ourselves that conventional coaching rarely reaches.

And often, it is both.

Today

Today, I bring these worlds together.

02 — The journey

The journey shaped the work.

My education didn’t happen in one place.

    Switzerland

Part of it happened in Switzerland, where I studied business and hospitality at EHL — École hôtelière de Lausanne and developed the foundations of my entrepreneurial life.

    Ventures

Another part happened through years of building businesses, developing ventures, creating partnerships and navigating the realities of entrepreneurship across different industries and countries.

    Exploration

And another happened far away from meeting rooms.

I spent my childhood in Africa and my teenage years in Europe, and exploration has been a central part of my life ever since.

Travelling extensively exposed me to very different ways of understanding health, community, spirituality, nature, consciousness and what it means to live well.

    Encounters

Along the way, I encountered extraordinary entrepreneurs, teachers, healers, therapists, coaches, scientists, guides and practitioners.

Some challenged the way I thought.

Others changed the way I lived.

03 — Where it converges

Gradually, worlds that once appeared separate began to converge.

I came to understand them not as separate pursuits, but as interconnected dimensions of the same life.

That integration became the foundation of the work I do today.

  • Business
  • Health
  • Relationships
  • Consciousness
  • Nature
  • Purpose

04 — What I believe

A life well lived.

  • I believe success should give us more life, not less of it.
  • That building a company should not require abandoning our health.
  • That spirituality should not disconnect us from reality.
  • That wellbeing is more than optimization.
  • That wealth can be created consciously.
  • That nature remains one of our greatest teachers.
  • That our relationships often reveal more about us than our achievements.
  • That curiosity keeps us young.
  • That adventure keeps us awake.
  • And that some of the most important moments of our lives begin when we have the courage to step into the unknown.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s to become more fully alive.

05 — Beyond the work

Beyond the work.

When I’m not building projects or working with people, you’ll most likely find me travelling, exploring nature, training, discovering unusual places, learning from fascinating humans, experimenting with healthier ways of living or planning the next adventure.

Curiosity has probably been the most consistent thread throughout my life.

I love bringing together people who should know each other, discovering ideas before they become mainstream and exploring the edges between ancient wisdom and modern possibility.

For me, this isn’t separate from my work.

It is the work.

Life is the laboratory.
