Find the Forest Within

There are moments when the solution is not another conversation, another book, another podcast or another strategy.

Sometimes you need a forest.

Or an ocean.
A mountain.
A desert.

A lake or a river.
A long road with nobody waiting at the end.

I have often found that nature does not give answers in the way the mind expects. It does something more interesting: it changes the quality of the presence, and thus the question.

After a few minutes or hours outside, the noise begins to fall away. The urgent becomes less urgent. What looked complicated becomes strangely simple.

You remember what matters.

This is why I think we need wild places not only for biodiversity, but for our own inner ecology.

There is a forest outside us.

And there is one inside us too.

Both need space to remain alive.
